Among 21 coaches and mentors, Florin Gherghel, Tax Manager at Ensight Management Consulting, was present on the 14^th May 2020 at the Mentors Day @Horeca Business Accelerator event and provided training on fiscality.

Florin discussed about the tax developments during the current pandemic, the impact of the tax burden for Romanian companies, the envisaged fiscal amnesty decided by the Romanian Government and potential tax facilities to be observed in future.

Horeca Business Accelerator is an educational program organised by the Hospitality Culture Institute. Its mission is to stimulate IT companies to develop apps and technologies for the hospitality sector, help Start-up Hospitality Companies in Romania sharpen their competitive edge and finance innovative businesses.

On May 14^th 2020, the day before restrictions caused by the coronavirus have been lowered in Romania, the program participants met with coaches and mentors of the Horeca Business Accelerator program, to help restart the national hospitality sector by discussing the industry status and updating KPIs.
